Snap Buttons and Jewellery are fashion items, not sterling silver.  Tarnishing may naturally occur.

Do not expose to moisture or use jewellery cleaners of any kind. Clean only with a soft dry cloth.

Snap Buttons are not recommended for small children, as they can be a choking hazard.

​

Care should be taken when changing snaps, as some are made of glass and could cause injury if broken.  Make sure to gently prise the snap from the base with your fingernail  placed under the rim of the snap.

Bags, Backpacks and Cushion Covers are handmade, and therefore no two items are the same.  All handmade items can have minor imperfections, which are part of their rustic charm.

All items are checked before shipping.  If, in the unlikely event your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at snapbuttoninfo@gmail.com, within 7 days of receiving, so that we can issue a refund or credit. The item must be unworn and in original packaging.

This does not cover items damaged through normal wear, misuse or accidents.
